The Hilton and Turkish Airlines promotion rewards three eligible stays, not three nights. That is the detail I would check before expecting the full 6,000-mile bonus. A long visit to one hotel can be a good trip without reaching the promotion's third step.
Turkish Airlines' official terms set the sequence at 1,000 miles for the first eligible stay, another 2,000 for the second and another 3,000 for the third. Registration closes November 30, 2026, and qualifying stays must be completed by December 31.
Add the steps correctly
After one eligible stay, the promotional total is 1,000 Miles&Smiles miles. After two, it is 3,000. After three, it reaches the 6,000-mile maximum. The third stay does not earn 6,000 miles by itself.
Three consecutive nights in the same hotel are one stay under the published definition, even if you check out and back in. I would not split a reservation and assume the system will treat it as three separate visits. The stay definition is more important than the number of confirmation emails.
Complete the account setup
The offer requires more than registration. Add the Miles&Smiles number to the Hilton account's Preferences section, select it as the preferred partner, and make sure the names match. The terms require that setup before checkout on the first qualifying stay.
Bookings must use Hilton's direct channels, and ineligible stays do not count. Keep the registration record and folios until the miles post. The terms allow up to eight weeks after a stay for credit, so this is not a reliable way to fill an award shortfall at the last minute.
Compare the bonus with the cost of moving hotels
Suppose you already need three separate work trips. The promotion can be a useful extra without changing your plans. If you have one three-night vacation, however, moving hotels twice can cost transport money and hours of usable time.
I would not create those moves just for the mileage sequence. Use the Miles&Smiles value guide to frame a conservative estimate, then compare it with the actual extra cost. A valuation is a planning assumption, not a cash payout or a guaranteed award price.
Do not assume every promotion stacks
Hilton's terms say this offer may not combine with certain other promotions. Check before adding the total to More Points to Play or an account-specific offer. The fact that two registrations are accepted does not settle every earning rule.

My preference is to use this offer on naturally separate stays with a clear account setup. The biggest win is receiving the miles on travel you already need. The weakest version is spending extra money and repeatedly packing a bag to chase a bonus that was supposed to make the trip better.
