Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles members can earn up to 6,000 bonus miles from Hilton stays this fall. The offer, called "Stay more, earn more with Hilton Honors," covers stays completed from October 1 to December 31, 2026, and needs a sign-up by November 30.
The details come from the campaign page on Turkish Airlines' site. It works on top of the Hilton Honors points you earn on the stay.
How the bonus builds
The bonus grows with each stay. A stay means consecutive nights at the same hotel, so three nights in one place count as one stay. The tiers are:
- First eligible stay: 1,000 Miles&Smiles miles.
- Second eligible stay: 2,000 more miles.
- Third eligible stay: 3,000 more miles.
That adds up to 6,000 miles, which is the most one member can earn from the offer. A stay that starts before October 1 still counts if it ends by December 31.
The offer covers hotels across the Hilton portfolio, which the page puts at more than 9,000 properties. Bookings must be made through Hilton's direct channels. Group bookings do not qualify.
The step most people will miss
Registering is not enough on its own. According to the terms, you also need to set up your Hilton Honors account to send miles to Turkish:
- Register for the offer between October 1 and November 30, 2026, and before you check out.
- Log in at Hilton.com and open the Preferences section of your Hilton Honors account.
- Add your Miles&Smiles number and pick Miles&Smiles as your preferred airline partner.
- Make sure the name on both accounts matches.
Do all of this before you check out of your first stay. Turkish says it is not responsible for miles that cannot be paid because an account number is missing, wrong or does not match. Miles can take up to eight weeks after the stay to arrive.
Does it stack with Hilton's own offer?
Hilton is also running its More Points to Play promotion, which pays 1,000 or 3,000 bonus Hilton points per stay for stays that check out between October 15 and December 31, 2026. The Turkish terms say the offer may not combine with certain other promotions, at Hilton's discretion. They do not name which ones.
So the safe plan is to register for both and expect only what each set of terms promises. If both pay, that is a nice extra. If one does not, you have not lost anything by signing up.
Is 6,000 miles worth chasing?
Six thousand miles is a modest sum. It can top up a balance that is a little short of an award, though. Miles&Smiles miles can be used on Turkish Airlines flights and on Star Alliance partners. Our Miles&Smiles page shows how we value the miles.
The bonus is best for people who already plan three separate Hilton stays before the end of the year. It is not worth booking extra nights to earn it. One stay pays only 1,000 miles, so the value sits in the second and third stays.
Where this fits
The page says members also earn Hilton Honors points on these stays, but it does not say how many. Check your Hilton earning settings before the first stay, and read the full terms on the Turkish page if you are unsure how your stay will credit.
My take
I would register now if I have any Hilton stays planned before December 31. It costs nothing, and the account setup takes five minutes. Just do the Preferences step before the first checkout, or the miles may never show up.
