Hilton Honors has started its fall promotion. Called More Points to Play, it pays bonus points on every stay that checks out between October 15 and December 31, 2026. Most hotels pay 1,000 bonus points per stay, and Hilton's luxury, lifestyle, resort and all-inclusive hotels pay 3,000.
You need to register first. Hilton runs the offer on its More Points to Play page. The details below come from that page's terms as reported by The Milelion and One Mile at a Time, which agree on the main points.
How the bonus works
The bonus is paid per stay, not per night. A stay means back-to-back nights at the same hotel. So one night and ten nights at the same hotel earn the same bonus.
The two levels are:
- 1,000 bonus points per stay at most Hilton hotels.
- 3,000 bonus points per stay at hotels on Hilton's list of luxury, lifestyle, resort and all-inclusive properties.
Hilton publishes the list of 3,000-point hotels on an eligible properties page. The Milelion names Conrad Singapore Marina Bay and Conrad Koh Samui among them. Check the list for your own hotel before you count on the higher bonus.
There is no cap on the number of stays. Award stays booked with points also count, which is unusual for a hotel promotion. Bonus points can take six to eight weeks to post.
Key rules
- Register before your first stay. Both reports say registration must come before your first eligible stay. Bookings made before you register still count.
- Check-out date is what counts. A stay must check out between October 15 and December 31, 2026. A stay that checks in before October 15 counts if it checks out inside the window.
- Book direct. One Mile at a Time says stays booked directly with Hilton qualify, including award stays. Bookings made through other sites may not.
- Read the terms. Hilton's standard Honors terms still apply, so check the FAQ on the promotion page for rates that do not earn points.
When it is worth the most
The bonus pays best on short stays. A one-night stay at a qualifying resort earns the full 3,000 bonus points. That can be a big share of what a single night earns on its own. If you are choosing between two hotels for a short trip, a property on the 3,000-point list gets a small edge.
It also suits people who split a trip across hotels. Two nights in one city and two nights in another count as two stays, so they earn the bonus twice. Do not book extra stays just to earn it, though. The bonus is a small reward, not a reason to travel.
Can it stack?
Hilton points earned this way sit alongside other offers you may have. Turkish Airlines is running its own fall offer for Miles&Smiles members who stay at Hilton hotels, with up to 6,000 bonus miles. Those terms say the airline offer may not combine with some other promotions, at Hilton's discretion. Register for both and expect only what each set of terms promises.
Where this fits
Points Frog does not yet have a page for Hilton Honors points. We have a number of practical guides to Hilton's rules, listed below. If you want to top up your Hilton balance from a transfer, Amex UK is also paying a 40% bonus on Membership Rewards transfers to Hilton until November 24.
My take
Registering takes a minute, and it pays even on award stays, so I would sign up now. The 3,000-point level is the one to watch. If you have a resort trip before December 31, check the list and make sure your stay is on it.
