By using Lounge Frog at loungefrog.com, Cruise Frog at crusiefrog.com, or Points Frog at pointsfrog.com, you agree to these terms. These terms also cover the Lounge Frog iPhone app. If you don't agree, please don't use these services. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Information, not a guarantee
Lounge access rules, hours, security posture, and amenity ratings change without notice and are sourced from a mix of public information and community contributions. Cruise information, loyalty program rules, transfer offers, and reward valuations also change. We do our best to keep them current, but we don't guarantee accuracy. Confirm lounge access directly with the airline, lounge operator, card issuer, cruise line, or loyalty program before you travel or use an offer. Points and currency values are comparison estimates, not guaranteed cash payouts. Valuation history distinguishes recorded estimates from sourced program devaluations. A news article about a transfer bonus does not mean the offer is still active.
Not a booking service
Flight, cruise and rewards information is for comparison only. Booking or redemption happens on the airline, cruise line, loyalty program or travel provider's own site; we're not a party to that transaction and aren't responsible for pricing, availability, or booking errors on their end. Points Frog does not exchange, transfer, sell or redeem your rewards.
Your account
One account and wallet serve all three websites. Use the same Google account or Apple Account on each; browser sessions remain separate. Account changes, moderation actions and deletion apply to the shared account across all three sites. You're responsible for the accuracy of the membership and profile information you enter, and for anything posted under your account. Check-ins and notes you post are shown publicly — don't post anything you wouldn't want to be public, and don't post anything abusive, false, or infringing on someone else's rights. We can remove content or suspend accounts that misuse these services.
No warranty
Lounge Frog, Cruise Frog and Points Frog are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for delays, missed flights, denied lounge entry, or other losses connected to your use of the services or reliance on information in them, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Changes
We may update the services or these terms as they grow. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
