Points Frog's sister site, Lounge Frog, has a free extension for Chrome. It puts lounges, seat maps, cruise ship guides and points calculators in a side panel next to the page you're reading.
The extension is called Lounge Frog on the Chrome Web Store. Version 1.5.2 was listed as updated on October 25, 2026.

What it does
Travel pages are full of airport codes, aircraft types and ship names. The extension turns those references into links while you read.
- Airports and airlines: It recognizes more than 6,000 IATA airport codes, plus airline codes, and links them to Lounge Frog. It also handles text that loads onto a page later.
- Aircraft and seat maps: Aircraft names link to Seats Frog seat maps. Clear combinations such as "British Airways Airbus A350-1000" open the matching layout when the catalog has one. If an airline flies several layouts of that aircraft, you get a short list to choose from. The extension does not guess your layout from a flight number or a booking.
- Cruise ships: Ship names such as Icon of the Seas, Norwegian Encore and Queen Mary 2 link to their pages on Cruises Frog. The bundled catalog includes 746 ships.
- Loyalty programs: Program names link to Points Frog calculators.
The side panel
Click a highlighted reference, or open the extension from the toolbar. The side panel has four sections: Airports, Ships, Seats and Points.
- Airports: Search an airport, pick a terminal, and filter lounges by "Open now" or "My access." "My access" uses your signed-in Lounge Frog wallet. Matching a program does not guarantee entry.
- Ships: Explore fleets, deck plans and ship details and "Cabins to avoid."
- Seats: Choose a published layout and select a seat to see its rating and "Seats to avoid." These are published layouts, not live availability.
- Points: Estimate what a balance is worth in your currency, or compare an award with its cash price. Values are Points Frog estimates. What you actually get depends on the booking.
On supported airline websites, the panel also previews that airline's Lounge Frog profile and shows the airline code on the toolbar icon.
How to install it
- Open the Lounge Frog listing on the Chrome Web Store and add it to Chrome. It needs Chrome 116 or newer. The Lounge Frog site says it also works in Edge, Brave and other Chromium browsers.
- Open or reload a page with travel references.
- Click a highlighted reference to open its guide in the side panel.
- If you want, sign in on loungefrog.com to see your home airport, programs and lounge access in the panel.
No account is needed for the automatic links or public research.
Privacy and controls
According to the store listing, page text is matched inside your browser and is never uploaded. The listing says the extension does no browsing history collection, tracking or analytics, and doesn't download executable code.
If you sign in, the extension stores your Lounge Frog session token and sends it only to the Lounge Frog API to load your account. "Find nearby lounges" reads your location only when you click it. The coordinates are used once to work out airport distances and are not stored or sent to the API.
You can turn linking off everywhere, or just on the current site and its subdomains. Linking is always off on loungefrog.com, seatsfrog.com, cruisesfrog.com and pointsfrog.com. Code blocks, form fields and editable text are skipped, and existing links are left alone. Text drawn on a canvas, as in some document editors, can't be linked.
Things to know
Matching is automatic, so it is not perfect. The extension is built to leave common acronyms such as "MCP," "API docs" and "9 ET" as plain text, and single-word ship names need nearby nautical words before they link. If a site gets odd links, use the site switch. Guides can change, so check lounge rules and your booking before you travel.
