Bilt members can now move points to TrueBlue at a **1:1 ratio**. Bilt announced the partnership on October 20. JetBlue becomes Bilt's **27th travel partner**, and **24** of those partners now transfer at 1:1.\n\n## How transfers work\n\nAccording to Bilt's announcement:\n\n* Points move to TrueBlue at **1:1**.\n* Transfers go in **1,000-point increments**.\n* The minimum transfer is **1,000 points**. Members at Bilt's Blue status need to transfer at least **2,000 points**.\n* You must **link your TrueBlue account** in the Bilt app before your first transfer.\n\nBilt also said JetBlue cardmembers can add their JetBlue cards to the Bilt app.\n\n## What Bilt and JetBlue said\n\nBilt founder and CEO Ankur Jain said: \"Members have been asking us for JetBlue for a really long time, and it's easy to see why.\"\n\nEd Pouthier, JetBlue's vice president of loyalty and personalization, said: \"Our focus with TrueBlue is making it easy for customers to earn and use their points in ways that work best for them.\"\n\n## Why the ratio matters\n\nJetBlue is not a new transfer partner for the big bank programs. What stands out is the rate. As posted on X by MaxUrPoints, Chase, premium Citi cards and Wells Fargo already transfer to TrueBlue at 1:1. The same post says American Express transfers at 5:4 and Capital One at 5:3. That means 1,000 Amex points become 800 TrueBlue points, and 1,000 Capital One miles become 600.\n\nBilt joining the 1:1 group gives renters and other Bilt members a direct path into TrueBlue without a weaker ratio. Rove also added JetBlue as a 1:1 partner recently, as we covered in our story on [Rove's JetBlue launch](https://www.pointsfrog.com/news/rove-adds-jetblue-trueblue-transfer-partner-20-percent-bonus-november-14).\n\n## How TrueBlue points work\n\nTrueBlue awards are tied to the cash price of the flight. As noted in posts on X, that makes the value of a TrueBlue point fairly steady. You will not find the outsized \"sweet spot\" awards that some partner programs offer. You also will not get stuck when saver space disappears, since any seat for sale can be booked with points.\n\nThat makes TrueBlue a useful, predictable option. It works well for domestic and Caribbean trips where JetBlue has a strong network, and for travelers who would rather not hunt for award space.\n\nIt also means you should do the math before you transfer. Compare the points price of a JetBlue flight with its cash fare. If the value per point looks weak compared with your other options, keep your Bilt points flexible for now.\n\n## Could a bonus be coming?\n\nBilt is known for transfer bonuses on its monthly Rent Day, held on the first of each month. Some on X have speculated that JetBlue could get a Rent Day bonus on November 1. Bilt has not announced one. If you have no urgent JetBlue booking, it may be worth waiting a few days to see what November's Rent Day brings.\n\n## What people are saying on X\n\nFrequent Miler flagged the news soon after the announcement:\n\n<https://x.com/FrequentMiler/status/2112573180053459335>\n\nMaxUrPoints compared the transfer ratios across programs:\n\n<https://x.com/MaxUrPointsHQ/status/2112666557134365005>\n\nDoctor of Credit also covered the launch:\n\n<https://x.com/Drofcredit/status/2112893073780822257>\n\nAwardHack raised the idea of a Rent Day bonus. This is speculation, not an announcement:\n\n<https://x.com/awardhack_/status/2113022586967961761>\n\n## The Points Frog take\n\nThis is a solid addition for Bilt members, especially those in JetBlue cities like New York and Boston. A 1:1 path into a revenue-based program gives you a simple, low-stress use for points when award space elsewhere is thin. It will rarely be the highest-value use of Bilt points. But it fills a real gap in Bilt's partner list, and a future Rent Day bonus could make it more attractive. Link your TrueBlue account now so you are ready when you need it.\n\n**Sources**\n\n* Bilt Rewards newsroom: <https://newsroom.biltrewards.com/jetblue>","textStyle":"body","layout":"text"}]}
